Please see below a selection of sample menus for your wedding reception.


Deposit – to confirm your booking a deposit of $500.00 is required.

Travel expense – applies to all off site catering.

Set up – My staff and I can set your tables with linen, cutlery, crockery, glassware for an extra charge if required.

Hireage – a visit to your venue will be required to ascertain what hireage and setup is needed for your function. Hireage costs are approximate and will be added to your final invoice.

Staff – The food price includes all food service staff .We have bar staff available at $25.00 per hour per person this all so covers the liquor licensing in. Chef for cocktail only functions is $35 per hour .There is a minimum charge of 3 hours per person
(All staff is included in price per head when function is at the Hawkes bay club)

Kitchen – We require an adequate kitchen, marquee, or food preparation area with running water and power. This will be discussed when we view your venue.
Menus – All menus and prices include g.s.t this may vary due to inflation and seasonal availability of produce. All quotes will be finalized 3 months before function.
